Keystone Compliance EMC/Safety Facility
Keystone Compliance, LLC Announces completion of its new State of the Art facility including a fully compliant 3-meter semi-anechoic chamber. This chamber will allow Keystone Compliance to perform 3-meter measurements in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 1 GHz required by the EN 55022 standard and the field uniformity requirements of the EN 61000-4-3 standard. To ensure this chamber continues to meet these evolving standards, it has been designed to perform testing up to and beyond 18 GHz.
Besides the overt advantage over an Open Area Testing Site (OATS), which the threat of potential bad weather can delay or postpone testing. Keystone Compliance's chamber eliminates high outside ambient noise, and the time needed to decipher ambient noise from EUT emissions. This chamber can be used to perform all needed emissions and immunity testing required for certification in one location. It will allow our customers to save time and money by having the ability to set up their equipment one time to complete the EMC emissions/immunity program. Typically, several setup and teardown sequences occur when testing has to be done in multiple test locations throughout a test facility. For example, a common routine for EMC testing involves setting up the customer's equipment in a pre-screen emissions chamber, to perform pre-screen measurements, then moving the equipment to an open area test site, and once again moving the equipment to an immunity chamber. Depending on the setup/teardown time, and in some cases extended boot up time, this process can add hours and sometimes days to the test program.
Keystone Compliance, LLC specializes in worldwide compliance, providing both EMC and Product Safety Testing to meet domestic and international standards. EMC testing services include FCC (US), CE Mark (EU Nations), Industry Canada (ICES-03), C-Tick (Australia), CCC (China), VCCI (Japan), BSMI (Taiwan), eK/ MIC Mark (S.
